Pull Rates and Probabilities
Here’s what we know from the full booster box breakdown (24 packs per box):

Epic-rarity cards appear approximately 6 times per booster box, which means about 1 in 4 packs on average contains an Epic card.

Alt-art cards are extremely rare, appearing roughly once per case (estimated 1 in 6 booster boxes, or ~1 in 144 packs).
So with a single Riftbound Sleeved Booster Pack, your chances of pulling an Epic are around 25%, and your chance of pulling an alt-art is very low — but not zero.
The foil slot gives you 3 chances per pack to hit something special. Since foils aren’t limited to commons, you can absolutely pull high-rarity cards in foil form, making these packs worthwhile even in singles.
